(1) Political parties shall participate in organs elected by direct universal suffrage, in accordance with their democratic representation.

(3) The political parties that are represented in the Assembly of the Republic but not in the Government have the right in particular to be informed regularly and directly by the Government on the progress of principal matters of public interest.
